The 100 rooms and suites at Harbor House reflect the local history and landscape with design-forward furnishings – a team effort from local California architecture firm Omgivning with interior designs by Studio Preveza. Each residence includes central cooling and heating, in-unit washer/dryer in select units, brand new appliances, oversized windows, and generous unique layouts. Residents also have access to private amenity areas throughout as well as onsite eateries, a poolside restaurant service, a programmed gym, wellness facilities, and cozy outdoor lounges.
Eat & Drink
At Harbor House, we proudly introduce The Majestic; a unique dining & entertainment experience curated by resident Chef Dustin Trani & Arts Technologist KamranV. Located on the first floor, The Majestic will delight your senses and redefines dining alongside impromptu entertainment. Via the non-profit Space Space, the Majestic will donate up to half of its proceeds to fund arts programming on The Majestic’s stage and beyond.
Our ground floor also houses The Majestic’s café, bar and pool where you can enjoy artisanal coffee, craft beer, delectable pastries and grab-and-go sandwiches . It’s the ideal spot for a quick pick-me-up or a relaxing moment of respite.
Wellness
Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond leisure, as we offer a fully equipped gym to help you maintain your active lifestyle. Residents can utilize the space on their own, including the outdoor lap pool, or our private traditional equipment room for cardio and weightlifting.
