The 100 rooms and suites at Harbor House reflect the local history and landscape with design-forward furnishings – a team effort from local California architecture firm Omgivning and renowned interiors director Christos Prevezanos of Studio Preveza. Each residence includes central cooling and heating, in-unit washer/dryer, brand new appliances, oversized windows, and generous layouts. Residents also have access to private amenity areas throughout as well as onsite eateries, a poolside restaurant, programmed gym and wellness facilities, and common outdoor lounges.

Eat & Drink

At Harbor House, we proudly introduce The Majestic, an exquisite dining experience curated by resident Chef Dustin Trainee. Located on the first floor, The Majestic is a culinary haven that promises to delight your senses and redefine your expectations of gourmet dining alongside impromptu comedy, live music, DJ sets, and entertainment. Our restaurant offers floor and bar seating in addition to poolside service.

In addition to the restaurant, our ground floor also houses a cozy café where you can enjoy artisanal coffee and delectable pastries. It’s the ideal spot for a quick pick-me-up or a relaxing moment of respite.

For your convenience, our 24-hour bodega is just steps away, ensuring you have access to a wide range of essential items whenever you need them.

Wellness

Our commitment to your well-being extends beyond leisure, as we offer a fully equipped gym to help you maintain your active lifestyle. Tenants can utilize the space on their own, including the outdoor lap pool, or check our online portal for weekly fitness and wellness classes lead by the best neighborhood trainers. In our beautifully restored basketball court, grab a pick-up game with your neighbors or get to know each other at a tenant event. In addition to our classes and indoor court programming, we offer a private traditional equipment room for cardio and weightlifting.
